When I'm wearing this apron . . .
I guess I am a 'working mother' (though I've yet to meet a mother who doesn't work) with two little ones under 5. I am also a Ph.D. candidate in Rhetoric, a scholar, a writing instructor, and a poet-in-stasis.
Still, I've created this space for donning the apron of motherhood, family, friends, home, et al. and for voicing all the joys and frustrations, conflicts and celebrations, conundrums and---dare I say life lessons? ---that come with it.
